These Terms of Service govern your use of cyclonecitydumpsters.com and services provided by Cyclone City Dumpsters LLC. By using our website or renting a dumpster, you agree to these terms.
Services
Cyclone City Dumpsters LLC provides roll-off dumpster rental services in St. Petersburg, FL and Pinellas County. Services include delivery, rental, pickup, and disposal of approved materials.
Rental Agreement
When you book a dumpster, you agree to the quoted price, rental period, and weight limits specified at the time of booking. Extensions beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional daily charges as quoted.
Prohibited Materials
The following materials are prohibited from all dumpster rentals: hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, appliances containing Freon (unless properly decommissioned), medical waste, and any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal regulations.
Property Access and Placement
You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and pickup of the dumpster, including a clear path of at least 60 feet in length and 23 feet of vertical clearance. You are also responsible for obtaining any permits required by the City of St. Petersburg or Pinellas County.
Liability
Cyclone City Dumpsters LLC is not liable for damage to surfaces underneath the dumpster placement area. We recommend placing plywood under the dumpster on sensitive surfaces. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
